Based in Berdoues, in the Midi Pyrenees, nestling deep in the green hills of Gascony, two miles from Mirande, a Pretty “bastide”, fortified town built during the 13th century, which has become the very seductive town of the Southern Gers, the perfect destination when you like good living, beautiful countryside, lively places and several hundred years of history.

So, just stop and walk around MIRANDE’s perfect orthogonal plan and from the cathedral, through colourful streets into the coolness of medieval arcades, you will savour the past, also home to the Mirande Country Music Festival, one of the biggest in Europe (mid-July).

A short distance from Toulouse Airport, as well as Pau, Lourdes and Carcassonne airports.

Rose Blanche Maison is a new property, built in the style of a traditional Gascogne farmhouse. The property is situated in the hamlet of Berdoues, Gers, South West France home to the world famous Marciac Jazz Festival. The setting is rural, peaceful and quiet with distant views of the majestic Pyrenees. Rose Blanche Maison makes a perfect getaway from it all holiday experience whether you choose to lounge by the pool all day with a good book or snooze absorbing the sun rays. Marciac is a twenty miniute drive from Berdoues, and plays host to the famous Marciac Jazz Festival held annually at the end of July for two weeks. The whole of Marciac comes alive with market stalls, open air restaurants in abundance and the sound of jazz.
